Tricom Fruit Products has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30 at 3:00 p.m. via video conferencing to approve ordinary and special business. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members/Beneficial Owners by September 23 will be eligible to vote. The company will provide e-voting facilities through NSDL. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24 to September 30 for the AGM. Shareholders are encouraged to register their email addresses to receive the Annual Report and AGM Notice electronically.
