Rama Vision Ltd — Important, 01-09-2026: Company Update

Rama Vision will hold its 37th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026, via video conference. Shareholders will vote on adopting the annual financial results for FY2025-26, which showed revenue of ₹159.17 Cr, PBT of ₹7.94 Cr, and PAT of ₹5.92 Cr. The company also seeks shareholder approval to re-appoint Mr. Satish Jain as Director. Additionally, shareholders will consider increasing Mr. Udit Jain's remuneration to ₹0.115 Cr per month (plus ₹0.015 Cr annual increment) and changing his designation to Director (Marketing), effective October 1, 2026. An increase in Mrs. Maneka Jain's remuneration to ₹0.025 Cr per month (plus ₹0.0075 Cr annual increment, up to ₹0.055 Cr) for her role as Executive Business Development is also on the agenda, effective August 1, 2026.
