1st September, 2026, have approved the following agenda items:
1. The Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of
Directors has appointed Mr. Pradeep Chhotelal Jaiswal (DIN: 09650380) as Non-Executive & Non
independent Director of the Company w.e.f. Tuesday, 1st September, 2026.
The details as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September 2015 are
provided in “Annexure-I”
2. The Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of
Directors has appointed Mrs. Riddhi Krunal Shah (DIN: 08125676) as Additional director of the Company
for the Category of Non-Executive Independent Director w.e.f Tuesday, 1st September, 2026.
The details as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September 2015 are
provided in “Annexure-II”
3. Ms. Renu Kaur (DIN: 10080402) has resigned from the post of Non-Executive and Independent director
w.e.f. Tuesday, 1st September, 2026 of the Company. She has confirmed that there is no material reason
for her resignation other than mentioned in his resignation letter.
