    India Glycols has demerged into three entities: India Glycols (chemicals, Q1FY27 revenue Rs 345 Cr), IGL Spirits (alcohol, Rs 694 Cr), and Ennature Bio Pharma (bio-pharma, Rs 90 Cr). Existing shareholders receive shares in the new focused entities, which will apply for listing, aiming for improved resource allocation.
