    Omnitech Engineering's board approved the FY26 Annual Report and proposed re-appointing Paras Mukundrai Parekh as Director. New Cost Auditor (Niketan Gordhanbhai Tadhani & Co.) and Secretarial Auditor (MJP Associates for 5 years) were also appointed. The 5th AGM is on Sept 28 via video.
