NCL Research & Financial Services Ltd — Important, 01-09-2026: Company Update

NCL Research & Financial Services has announced a Rights Issue of up to 49.95 Cr equity shares, each priced at ₹1. Shareholders can subscribe to 7 new shares for every 15 existing shares held on the record date of August 27. The issue opens on September 3 and will close on September 18. All applications are required to be made through the ASBA process. Existing physical shareholders must update demat account details for allotment, which will be in dematerialised form. The company has received in-principle approval from BSE for listing these new shares.
