Storage Technologies and Automation Ltd — Important, 01-09-2026: Company Update

Storage Technologies and Automation has announced key leadership changes. Mr. Mohammad Arif Abdul Gaffar Dor is re-appointed MD for two years, while Mr. Hanif Abdul Gaffar Khatri returns as Chairman and Executive Director for two years. Mr. Syed Azeem is re-appointed Whole Time Director and appointed CEO for two years. Mr. Sk Samim Riaz is the new CFO. Mr. Khasim Sait, Mr. Numaan Khasim, and Mr. Afzal Hussain were also re-appointed Whole Time Directors for three years. Three new independent directors, including two women, join the board for a three-year term. The company also re-appointed its Secretarial and Internal Auditors. Promoter MD M.A.A. Dor holds 1.35 Cr shares, and K. Sait holds 0.9 Cr shares.
