Tata Capital Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 01-09-2026: Record Date Updates

Tata Capital has announced record dates for the redemption of its Commercial Papers (CPs) issued in August 2026. These short-term debt instruments will be repaid on various dates in November 2026. Investors holding these CPs on their respective record dates will be eligible to receive their principal back as the papers mature.
