Vashu Bhagnani Industries Ltd — Important, 01-09-2026: Company Update

Vashu Bhagnani Industries Ltd. has submitted its Annual Report for FY2025-26, highlighting a significant standalone PBT increase to ₹1.90 Cr from ₹0.40 Cr. Consolidated PBT, however, decreased to ₹3.78 Cr from ₹6.13 Cr, despite consolidated revenue rising slightly to ₹17.21 Cr. A key development is the company's diversification into real estate with the 'POOJA LUMINAIRE' residential project. All remaining 85.15 lakh warrants were converted into equity shares. M/s Rahul Pramod & Co. were appointed as new Statutory Auditors. Shareholders will consider approving material related party transactions, each up to ₹100 Cr, with various group entities for FY2026-27.
