DUDIGITAL GLOBAL LIMITED — Board Meeting, 01-09-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dudigital Global's Board approved selling its full stakes in two subsidiaries to promoter Mr. Rajinder Rai at face value for ₹0.10 Cr and ₹0.01 Cr. It also converted existing loans to equity in its UAE subsidiary Dudigital Global LLC (FY26 turnover AED 9.96M) to strengthen its capital structure without fresh capital.
