This strategic move streamlines the corporate structure and aligns with Premier Energies' diversification into battery solutions. Post-transaction, Premier Energies maintains 100% ownership of PBTPL, with no change to its ultimate beneficial ownership or economic interest. PESSPL will become a step-down subsidiary of Premier Energies.
