Dudigital Global (DUGLOBAL) has announced key board approvals. The company is divesting its entire stakes in two subsidiaries, OSC Global Processing and DU Worldwide, to promoter Mr. Rajinder Rai for a total of Rs. 11.49 Lakh. This move could streamline DUGLOBAL's portfolio. Separately, the company is converting existing loans into equity in its wholly-owned UAE subsidiary, Dudigital Global LLC. This internal restructuring, involving AED 5.95 million in capital, aims to strengthen the subsidiary's balance sheet, reduce debt, and boost profitability without any fresh capital infusion.
