    DUGLOBAL sold its entire stakes in subsidiary OSC Global Processing and wholly-owned DU Worldwide to a promoter for 0.11 Cr. This streamlines operations. Also converted existing loans to equity in its UAE subsidiary, Dudigital Global LLC, to boost capital and reduce debt.
