Jai Mata Glass Limited clarified a previous board meeting outcome, stating it will not proceed with the proposed appointment of M/s KTM & Company as its statutory auditors for the five-year period from FY 2026-27. This proposed auditor change has been withdrawn. Consequently, the existing statutory auditors, M/s Khiwani Sood & Associates, will continue their term as per their current appointment. This update ensures continuity in the company's audit function. All other decisions previously announced from that board meeting remain unchanged.
