Vertoz will issue 2.29 Cr new equity shares at ₹44 each, valued at ~₹101 Cr. This preferential issue is for a share swap to acquire Tavento Labs Inc. (100%), expanding its presence in cybersecurity and fintech. Targeted investors are Tavento's shareholders.
