    Vertoz's board approved acquiring cybersecurity firm Tavento Labs Inc. for up to ₹101 Cr, largely funded by issuing 2.29 Cr shares at ₹44 each. This prompted an increase in authorized capital from ₹100 Cr to ₹122.95 Cr.
