Bondada Engineering Ltd — Important, 02-09-2026: Company Update

Bondada Engineering has formed Bondada Hindupur BESS Project Private Limited (BHBPL) as a wholly-owned subsidiary. This new entity will develop and operate a significant 225 MW / 450 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project awarded by AP Transco. This strategic move expands Bondada's presence into the rapidly growing energy storage and transition infrastructure sector. The project aims to integrate renewable energy, enhance grid stability, and manage peak loads, aligning with the company's diversification strategy for long-term growth. Bondada Engineering invested ₹0.10 Cr to acquire 100% shareholding in BHBPL.
