Innovative Tech Pack Ltd — Important, 02-09-2026: Company Update

The company has appointed M/s Neeraj Bajaj & Associates as its Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY27-FY31), pending shareholder approval, following a previous auditor's resignation. Mr. Raghubeer Singh has also been appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY27. These moves strengthen governance and oversight. The 37th Annual General Meeting is set for September 30, 2026. Shareholders should note the book closure from September 24-30, 2026, and a voting eligibility cut-off date of September 23, 2026, to participate and vote on key company matters.
