    Hi-Green Carbon's Board reappointed MD Amitkumar H. Bhalodi. M/s. Niketan Govindbhai Tadhani & Co. were appointed Cost Auditors for FY27 (remuneration for shareholder approval). The 15th AGM is set for Sept 29, 2026 (VC/OAVM), and the Annual Report/notice were approved.
