BERYL DRUGS has announced that shareholders can utilize remote e-voting for its upcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting on September 29th. The e-voting facility, provided via CDSL, allows eligible shareholders to cast their votes from September 26th (9:00 a.m. IST) until September 28th (5:00 p.m. IST). The cut-off date for determining e-voting entitlement is September 7th. This enhances shareholder participation in key company decisions.
