Coromandel International converted a Rs. 108.07 Cr loan, including accrued interest, in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Coromandel Chemicals, into 2.70 crore equity shares at Rs. 39.95 each. This move strengthens the subsidiary's balance sheet.
