Genesys board appointed G. K. Choksi & Co. as new Statutory Auditors. They approved a new ESOP scheme for up to 30 lakh options (₹1.5 Cr nominal value) and an adjustment of 1.82 lakh options at ₹50 exercise price for a past rights issue. The 44th AGM is set for September 30.
