RPG Life Sciences' subsidiary RPG Active Pharma acquired Raghava Life Sciences' API business for up to ₹135 crore. This expands RPGAP's integrated API capabilities, adding 22 commercialized APIs, 7 in development, and ~300 KL manufacturing capacity from an EU-GMP facility.
