    Sudarshan Chemical sold its 100% stake in step-down subsidiary VP4 Frankfurt GmbH for EUR 76.5 Mn. This divestment strengthens focus on core pigments. Proceeds will prepay acquisition loans, targeting zero net debt and positive cash. Nutrinova will supply Diketene.
