Singer India's Q4 FY26 revenue grew 37% to Rs. 166.3 Cr, with PBT up 43% to Rs. 8 Cr and EBITDA up 49% to Rs. 9.3 Cr. For FY26, revenue increased 29% to Rs. 557 Cr, and adjusted EBITDA rose 76% to Rs. 22.2 Cr.
The Sewing Machine business showed robust growth (45% in Q4, >40% for the year), gaining market share driven by new products, dealer engagement, and service improvements. The Appliances segment, while facing headwinds, saw Q4 revenue grow 10% aided by e-commerce and the Fan business, which expanded 50% in the quarter.
Management expressed confidence in sustained growth for sewing machines and a profitable future for appliances, despite temporary challenges. The company is completing over 60% of government orders with the remainder due by H2 FY27 and expects to commence production at its new Bhiwadi factory, focusing on Make in India initiatives. Long-term capex for this facility could reach Rs. 90 Cr over three years. Management indicated careful deployment of its Rs. 83 Cr cash balance for growth opportunities.
