Sigma Advanced Systems board approved raising ~₹460 Cr via preferential equity issue to non-promoters. It also OK'd acquiring an additional 25% stake in defence subsidiary AS Strategic for ~₹15 Cr via share swap, increasing holding to 76%. EGM on June 28.
