    FABTECH's board has approved overseas investment of up to ₹240 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fabtech Technologies LLC. They also greenlit investment of ₹2.49 Cr in FT Institutions Private Limited. An independent director completes tenure, and committee reconstitutions are effective.
