Tata Capital has set July 27, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, will be paid after August 24, 2026. The Board also plans to appoint M/s. T. P. Ostwal & Associates LLP as a Joint Statutory Auditor for three years, pending shareholder consent.
