Fabtech Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 24-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Fabtech Technologies' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. They also sanctioned the re-appointment of Mr. Naushad Alimohmed Panjwani as Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairperson for a second term.
