Fabtech Technologies' Board meeting approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ending June 30, 2026, and a final dividend of Rs. 0.60 per share. The board also greenlit the re-appointment of Mr. Naushad Alimohmed Panjwani as Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairperson.
