JSW Cement Limited — Others, 24-07-2026: Giving guarantees/indemnity/ becoming a surety for third party

In furtherance to our intimation dated 4th February 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company is issuing Corporate Guarantee towards the loan to be availed by JSW Cement Middle East L.L.C -SPC, Wholly Owned subsidiary of the Company. The said loan shall be availed for setting up a Cement Grinding Unit (GU) of 1.65 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) in Fujairah, UAE by JSW Cement Middle East LLC-SPC, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
