Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited has declared a First Interim Dividend of ₹8 per equity share, amounting to approximately ₹3,128.55 Cr. The company has also unveiled an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) and an Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) to grant shares to eligible employees. These plans involve up to 4.25% and 0.75% of paid-up capital respectively, to be implemented via a trust.
