    Viyash Scientific will allot equity shares to employees under ESOPs. The company is also incorporating a subsidiary in Vietnam and investing up to ₹400 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alivira Animal Health, through a rights issue to strengthen its capital structure.
