SKF India (Industrial) Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 11-08-2026: Dividend

SKF India announces an interim dividend of Rs. 20 per share. This will result in a payout of approximately Rs. 98.9 Cr.

Additionally, Mukund Vasudevan will step down as Managing Director on August 31, 2026, due to a role change within the SKF Group. He will then transition to a Non-Executive Director role starting September 1, 2026. Sujeeth Pai will take over as the new Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval.
