SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024, we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 11th August 2026 has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Mukund Vasudevan (DIN: 05146681) as Non-executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from 1st September 2026, subject to the approval of Shareholders.
