SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024, we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 11th August 2026 has considered and approved the change in designation of Mr. Sujeeth Pai (DIN: 07763929) from Whole-Time Director to Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01st September 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
