Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Para A Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements Regulation), 2015 ( SEBI LODR ) read with SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024, we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 11th August 2026 has considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Anagha Godse as Internal Auditor of the Company with immediate effect i.e. 11th August 2026.
