Aastha Spintex has appointed Utsav Himanshu Trivedi as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The board also accepted the resignation of Anant Bharatbhai Bhatt as Non-Executive Independent Director. New statutory and secretarial auditors have been appointed. The company will fix a record date for final dividend.
