This is to inform that the 110th Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company will be held on Friday, 25th September, 2026 at 1030 hours through Video Conferencing ( VC )/ Other Audio-Visual Means ( OAVM ) to transact the businesses as set out in the AGM Notice dated 29th Jul 2026, in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The deemed venue for the 110th AGM shall be the Registered & Corporate Office of the Company at GRSE Bhavan, 61, Garden Reach Road, Kolkata - 700 024. The copy of the Notice of 110th AGM is enclosed herewith.Further, in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (the SEBI Listing Regulations ), we wish to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 19th September, 2026 to 25th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 110th AGM of the Company and payment of final dividend. The final dividend for financial year 2025-26, if approved at the 110th AGM, will be payable within 30 days from the date of declaration to those members whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members / Beneficial Owners as at the closure of business hours on 18th September, 2026 (record date).This is for your information and record.
