Vipul Organics has announced its 54th Annual General Meeting will convene on 30th September at 3:30 p.m. through video conferencing. The AGM notice and annual report for the financial year 2025-26 are being sent via email to registered shareholders. Physical attendance is not permitted, and participation will solely be through virtual means. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is 23rd September. Shareholders can access meeting documents on the company website and participate in remote e-voting from 21st to 23rd September.
