    Welspun Investments and Commercials Limited — Board Meeting, 03-09-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Welspun Investments' board approved infusing 1,285 Cr into its real estate subsidiary, Vishwakarma Realty. The subsidiary will then invest up to 1,000 Cr into promoter group firm Indivara Realty via Optionally Convertible Debentures, pending shareholder nod.
