Chothani Foods' board has appointed M/s. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. B Chothani & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The company will hold its 13th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Additionally, the board has approved the reappointment of Mr. Raviprakash Narayan Vyas as an Independent Director, Mr. Neeraj Ashok Chothani as Managing Director, and Mr. Sunil Shivji Chothani as Whole Time Director, each for a five-year term starting from 2027. These director reappointments are subject to shareholder approval.
