Remote e-voting will be available from September 25 (9 AM) to September 27 (5 PM), with September 21 as the cut-off date for eligibility. The company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 22 to September 28 for the AGM. This meeting will address both ordinary and special business matters.
