Baheti Recycling's Board reappointed Whole-Time, Joint Managing, and Managing Directors (Shankerlal, Yash, Balkishan Shah) for 3 years each. Independent Directors Satya Mittal and Jaimish Patel were reappointed for 5-year terms. The Board also appointed new Secretarial Auditors and scheduled the 32nd AGM for September 29, 2026.
