Pagaria Energy's Board has approved the draft Board's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company will hold its 35th Annual General Meeting virtually on September 30. Share transfer books will close from September 24-30, with September 23 as the remote e-voting cut-off. Mrs. Radha Kumari was approved as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder consent. Concurrently, Mrs. Mamta Bhansali resigned from her Non-Executive Independent Director role. The Board also approved proposals to increase borrowing and investment limits, both requiring shareholder approval.
