Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Hitesh Karnawat (holding 11,24,850 shares), Whole-Time Director Mr. Lalit Ghewarchand Karnawat (250 shares), and Whole-Time Director Mrs. Mayuri Karnawat (85,000 shares) retain their positions. The company also welcomed three new Non-Executive Independent Directors for 5 years: CS Devesh Bhati, CA Jagdish Jangid, and CS Sweta Duggar, enhancing board expertise.
