Jhaveri Credits & Capital Ltd — Important, 04-09-2026: Company Update

Jhaveri Credits and Capital Limited has secured a letter of award from New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd. The company will supply, install, and commission Grid-Connected Rooftop Solar Power Plants at various government institutions in Andhra Pradesh under the RESCO Mode. This domestic project is a one-time contract, to be completed within 90 days from the scheduled commissioning date. The consideration involves per-unit rates ranging from Rs. 4.28 for plants up to 10 KW, Rs. 4.18 for 10-100 KW, Rs. 4.10 for 100-500 KW, and Rs. 3.98 for plants above 500 KW. This development strengthens the company's presence in renewable energy solutions.
