Nutricircle's board has approved key decisions. NVSR & Associates LLP resigned as statutory auditor due to pre-occupation. The board, following the Audit Committee's guidance, has proposed M/s. S.K. BANG & CO. as the new statutory auditor for a three-year term, pending shareholder approval. The 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 30, where shareholders will vote on the auditor appointment. Share transfer books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, with September 23 as the cut-off date for voting eligibility. E-voting facilities will be provided.
