Nutricircle Ltd — Important, 04-09-2026: Company Update

Nutricircle's Board accepted the resignation of NVSR & Associates. LLP as Statutory Auditor due to their pre-occupation. The Board has now proposed M/s. S.K. BANG & CO. as the new Statutory Auditor for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is set for September 30, 2026. Shareholders will also consider the Board's Report and other key documents. The company will provide e-voting facilities for the AGM, with September 23, 2026, fixed as the cutoff date for determining eligible voters.
