    Vintage Coffee's board approved re-appointing CMD Balakrishna Tati for 5 years, boosting his monthly pay to ₹30 Lakh. Whole-time Director's pay also rose to ₹10 Lakh. Company plans 30 Lakh ESOPs & will issue 42 Lakh warrants (~₹68.88 Cr) to promoters at ₹164/share. AGM is Sept 30.
